At PanelSecure we have a policy, for everything except server related issues, we give you clear instructions and documentation on the web, where you need to refer and do them by yourself. By letting our customers to fix problems on their website, customers learn to do things on their own and they learn to troubleshoot.
So when our customers host multiple websites through WHM or VPS, since they've already been through this learning curve, they do not open support tickets requesting for assistance on small and tiny tasks. This, in turn, greatly helps PanelSecure's Team to focus better on matters related to direct server issues and not looking into fixing code, design or website optimization work.
With that being said, we cannot investigate any code or file content that is located inside your public_html folder. You will need to hire a suitable programmer to troubleshoot all your website/coding/plugins, related bugs/issues and identify a suitable solution for your website.
